It was only the day after I went on my blog-holiday that I took this one from my friend's back yard so I have been waiting since the middle of October to show you! As I remember it was a short, sharp storm as is common in this part of the world when the weather heats up. The best place to be is under cover but outdoors where you can enjoy the show and the cool breezes that come with it.

I could tell storm is forming! ^_^

Interestingly today when I noticed the wind was suddenly picking up, ( heard that an hour away from us (Pasadena, California), there was a big storm (people without electricity, trees falling down, the whole bit) - so even here in a temperate climate!
Love the cloud formations... it's really brewing there!
We were supposed to have one yesterday, but it really petered out to just a few grumbles and a lot of rain here in Logan City.
Welcome back Cara. Just in time for the storm season.
Very nice photo shot, thanks for sharing.
Wow! This is quite an action shot too, isn't it? Well captured!
Amazing! Great shot Cara.
So nice to have you back!
Great shot. Looks a bit "Ghostbusters".
What a burbling in the heavens!
