Do You See The Light?

The rainclouds of recent weeks have finally cleared leaving gardens bursting with life, calf-high grass and plants I thought I had killed back in July suddenly and miraculously poking through the soil. As someone said to me the other day "nothing like rain to make the plants grow". Too true!

i haven't lived in brisbane for nearly ten years - how long has it seemed rainy or raincloudy for?

i remember time in 1984 where we had about 12 days of rain - and then in 1995 or 1996 whee it seemed to rain for a whole two weeks

That sky is a beauty. I really love it when the shy is that blue but filled with lots of white clouds.

The grass is growing like crazy down here as well, although the next couple of days could well kill it again. Lovely cloud shot.
