We're getting lots of rainy days this summer too. Maybe too many.

Beautiful flowers!
Really exotic too.

What is their name?

Lovely. Raining again here as well.

Beautiful delicate blossoms with lovely shades of green. The rain drops look like they are just hanging on...just before they disappear.

This is a great shot, the water drops so clear and shiny and the background just a bit blurry and misty looking. It looks like the aftermath of a little springtime shower. Too bad that's not the truth. I hope your rain stops soon.

Gorgeous photo, Cara! It's an exotic 'cotton bush' Asclepius sp.. It's the host plant for the orange and black 'wanderer' and 'lesser wanderer' butterflies: Danaus plexippus plexippus (Wanderer) and Danaus chrysippus petilia (Lesser Wanderer). Info courtesy of 'Butterflies of Australia' by Common and Waterhouse. They may all be exotics but are beautiful and not really invasive unless there's a great number of the cotton bushes, they are easy to pull out but do seed quite readily. Enjoy both the bushes and the butterfly larvae!

Thanks Elaine that's brilliant. I didn't have a clue what they were and I had noticed there were loads of orange and black butterflies around too.
