This piece is called Nada yang hilang which translates as The lost note by Indonesian artist Rudi Mantofani. It's part of the Asia-Pacific Triennial of Art which runs at Brisbane's Gallery of Modern Art until early April. It's a great show if you like that kind of thing. I love it.

By the way re the frangipini. That red car and the high blue sky - beautiful. I really loved it as a thumbnail.
I didn't quite get those guitars, but loved other stuff - the deer, the Tracey Moffatt DVD, the mushrooms, the kids activities.
How on earth do you play this thing????
