Oh I'm glad to see it is art - I saw the thumbnail on the portal and thought perhaps they were offering a first-aid vending machine!
They are all great.
I love this type of thing - a great way to cover ugly metal boxes. Canberra has manyh like this.

I see some of these around Sydney too but they never seem to be as good as the ones you show us in Brisbane.
