What a HUGE CONTRAST - with graffiti and without graffiti! I'd choose the "With graffiti!"
What a hoot! I love that Brisbane invites graffiti and specifies where it should go. Hopefully then it doesn't end up where it shouldn't. Someone has gone to a lot of trouble with that colourful first image.

Jilly it's funny you should mention it...one of Brisbane's most talented Graffiti artists who was commissioned to do a piece on the side of the state library has just been in court for his more "non-commissioned" works. I think there should be some sort of judicial consesus. If it looks better than it did, then what's the problem? I think he got off with community service... hopefully that involves sprucing up dull boring walls and chemist shutters!
