In death, they look quite alive ... and golden. I guess that to be the lighting.

That is cheap for a fish, though, isn't it? Prawns and the like are $30 a kilo ...

On Saturday at this place banana and tiger prawns were $19 a kilo... and huge. It's in a low-income area with a large Vietnamese/Islander population...perhaps this is why the price is lower. If it was in a fancy fishmongers in the CBD it would probably be way more expensive. The fish is always really fresh and often still alive in tanks and crabs and lobsters still alive in buckets. Mmmmmm!!

Good shot, looks like difficult light as well. No idea about the price of fish, unfortunately don't have a decent fishmonger anywhere I can get to easily.

I have just uploaded three shots of crabs, bugs and prawns!

Your pic makes me realise what a tidy little colour balanced rut I'm living in! Bravo!

That's not a bad price for a golden travally. I am getting quite hungry looking at them.
