Rays Beating Down

The normal temperature for this time of year is about 25˚C but this week it's been more like 30˚-35˚. Stinking! I chose a day in the mid thirties to take a leisurely stroll across the Green Bridge (green because no cars allowed only buses and bikes and walkers... otherwise more a steely concrete grey colour) and nearly passed out it was so boiling hot. Next time I'll try not to be so taken with the view and walk under the canopy.

Hi Cara,
another good photo. Another hot day. You may have heard that Avid is hosting a night of flood stories on Friday 8 April 6:30. They've asked me to MC the night. We're setting it up to encourage people to come along and join in exploring a few themes with their personal stories. I thought you might be interested. I'm looking to identify a few people in advance who might have a story to share (2-3 minutes max). the themes are a bit quirky - underpants and other funny momentsl mud and muscles; possessions saved and lost unexpected angels; new friends.
If any of that makes sense contact me and we can have a chat capelin@optusnet.com.au mob. 0423733108

Ah, yes, my sister said that it was hot again. That must be because it is snowed here yesterday in NYC after thinking we were warming up for Spring!
