I was there at the Home Festival (check out the comment I left below - a bit of a ramble, but I've never had my art show up on another person's blog before. :P). I scored a first edition of a Helen Steiner Rice poetry book from 1968, a Shirley Bessy vinyl - both for $2.00 and got to screen print a calico bag with a purple typewriter on it. My niece screen printed an orange deer on hers. Very cool! And then, one of my friends bought me a 5-book Gothic Romance series for $5.00! How cool is that? :D
hehe
ReplyDeleteI would not make an offer to other people's old wear.
However, Sunday market is always fun to see all sorts of people there.
Looks like you had a fine day for shopping around [and shooting].
