The last time we went to a hairdressers it was a very traumatic experience, the lady chopping off about 4 inches too much. This time she was a bit more assertive and the staff were a lot more sensitive. Phew!
Not that quickly... it's been at least a year since that fateful cut. It would have taken her 6 months before she stopped regularly declaring that she was never going to a hairdressers again and that she'd rather risk me coming at her with the kitchen shears. Strange girl.
