How about some rain, then?

Water restrictions relaxed in Brisbane on December 1st - our reward for being so frugal with it for the past year or so. It's brilliant. Now all we need is some rain...

    It does beat down, doesn't it? I thought SE Queensland had oodles of rain during 2009. Every time I looked at the news there were floods or innundations all over the place. And now you want MORE!!

    Julie, South East Queensland has got loads of rain - but the fronts magically part when they approach Brisbane and move north and south. There have been a couple of showers but nothing substantial for months. I just had a look at the forecast and rain is now predicted for the weekend and into next week. Maybe it was something I said?

    I know the grass is always greener on the other side but gosh darn, I would LOVE to be baking under that sun! What a great shot. Like everyone else I will be willing all our rain your way :)
